Old Business:

A.            Next Event = UNF February 27th.  All arrangements made.  Board stuffed envelopes during meeting.  Tom B. dropped off most at post office and Bill Farnsworth to deliver to Fleet Landing.

B.            Speaker Gifts.  Still a long term issue.  Tom B. to investigate immediate gift for next event’s speaker.  Mike B. to attempt longer term solution.

C.            Area Trustee.  Mike B. announced there was an opening for the Eastern Region delegate and urged any Board Member with interest and time to apply.

D.            Name Tags.  Mike D. reported that this was still in progress.

E.             USNA Glee Club.  Bill M. reported on his frustrating attempts to get information and offer input into Glee Club tour schedule. 

New Business:

A.            April Event.  The next Event is scheduled for April 16, 2004.  Bill F. to try to reserve UNF.  Mike D. has received confirmation that Adm. Stravardis, COMCRUDESGRU 12, to speak.  Board suggested that USNA Parents Group be invited.  Board also discussed inviting NROTC, NJROTC leadership as well as public figures and even friendly members of the media as paid for guests at future events.
