Old Business:

A.            BZs.  Mike congratulated Board Members for the well run February event and thanked all for their help.

B.            Speaker Gifts.  Still a long term issue.  Tom B. received a couple of things, but they were not what Board is looking for.  Tom said he was going to be passing through USNA in April and would find a source and return with some speaker gifts worthy of our Chapter.

 

New Business:

A.            April Event.  The next Event is scheduled for April 16, 2004 @ UNF.  Mike D. has received confirmation that Adm. Stravardis, COMCRUDESGRU 12, to speak.  Mike D. to get bio from aide.  Board voted to have USNA mail next flyer as that seems to produce a larger turn out.  Bill F. to produce flyer.

B.            Summer Event.  Casual dinner.  Board spoke of us providing hamburgers, hot dogs, salad and beer.  Mike B. to check Hanna Park.  Bill F. to check UNF to see if they have picnic area. Bill F. suggested perhaps the Suns baseball at the new park during 50 cent night.

C.            Internet Address.  Tom H. brought up the necessity of renewing our address and discussed terms and conditions.  Board directed that Tom renew our address with 10 MB of storage for two years at a cost of $59.99
