Old Business:

A. Treasurer Turnover. In Progress.

B. Army/Navy Golf Tournament. Event still planned for 12/4/03. As of Board meeting

there were 11 paid participants and perhaps as many as 20 others who said they were

sending in registration. Board Members to help sell. Secretary to ask Dave Ward if will

post flyer or two at Fleet Landing.

C. December Event. At Fleet Landing, Friday, December 5^th. Speaker not yet committed

but flyer completed, stuffed by Board members and will go into mail 11/13/03. Secretary

to drop off Fleet Landing flyers for Dave.

D. Army/Navy Game. Tom Heilman to check with Sneakers @ Atlantic and St. Johns Bluff

to see if arrangements can be made. If not, will use Bud Zone. Advertisement to follow.

E. 2004 Slate of Officers/Board of Directors. Almost complete and will be in good shape for

December event.

New Business:

A. Speaker Coordination/Long Range Schedule. Mike asked that Board look at longer range planning. Secretary agreed to propose schedule for entire 2004 year. Board members offered suggestions regarding alternatives for scheduling. Next event to be included in proposed schedule to be submitted to Board by 11/30/03.
